What do you guys think? I'm trying to make it easy to bring out a XYZ monster just by using this card. Their summoning material is completely ignored, so you can bring anything out regardless of rank.

This would be my Utopia and Excaliber summoner hands down. Nice card idea. Because it's a flip effect doesn't that mean I could drop a surprise on my opponent by Special Summoning when he attacks this card face down? That would be one nasty shock to them lol.
